All Scheduled appointments at Ivy & Grace Brow Boutique require a (72) hour cancellation notice.  If the appointment is rescheduled and/or cancelled within the (72) hour cancellation policy, the FULL balance of the reserved appointment will be charged and 50% will go towards the following reserved appointment.  Our cancellation policy is listed on Square Booking and all social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
